9900 VHS Fest is a new fan week celebrating all idols born from 1999 to 2000. The first round is THROWBACK themed: all submissions should be inspired by any media released from 1990 to 2009. There will be no traditional claiming, only a sign up to verify the desired media. Please check out the links for more details!
